By accessing the website, the visitor declares awareness of these terms and agrees to use them in accordance with applicable legislation. If you do not agree, you must stop using it. Mere navigation does not create a relationship of partnership, representation, employment, consumption, consulting, confidentiality, or engagement.

These terms apply only to the public website. Contracts, proposals, portals, products and projects of BFLD have their own perimeters and prevail over these terms regarding the specific subject matter.

The website presents BFLD, its Transformation Engineering discipline, its products, and public evidence. The content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, commercial proposal, technical, legal, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice, or a guarantee of results.

Scope, premises, dependencies, price, schedule, authority, acceptance criteria, intellectual property, confidentiality, and responsibility exist only when defined in a specific instrument signed by authorized representatives.
